Steve Hill

Steve leads a team of HR professionals who support Aware Super’s business objective to attract, retain and develop the best people.
As a member of the Executive team, he is responsible for all areas of human resources including HR advisory and operations, organisational development, remuneration and benefits and workplace environment.
Steve joined Aware Super in 2013 following an extensive career in the UK and Asia Pacific region. He has worked in senior HR roles for organisations including PricewaterhouseCoopers, ANZ Banking Group, Commonwealth Bank and Qantas.
