Financial planning and retirement planning can be complicated for clients, but I enjoy helping them understand the concepts and then develop appropriate strategies that enable them to meet their goals.
David began working at StatePlus in 2014 after several years working as a financial planner at an independent Financial Advisory firm. David's focus is on building long-term relationships with clients based on a deep understanding of their personal goals and objectives.
David's strong technical background equips him to assist clients on a range of issues from wealth accumulation to retirement planning. This allows his clients to have greater peace of mind regarding their financial affairs, so they can devote themselves to other pursuits and activities.
Originally, David comes from a small NSW regional community called Gooloogong and as such, he enjoys exploring the outdoors when time permits. David moved to Canberra in 2002 to study and has since grown attached to the many sporting and cultural events that Canberra offers. David is a fan of soccer, rugby union, rugby league and motor sports.
