Peter has over 12 years' experience in the finance industry and more than 7 years as a financial planner. Peter joined StatePlus in 2013 as Regional Manager of the Port Macquarie office before relocating back to Newcastle in 2014. Previous to this, he worked with a large state government industry fund where he held senior positions including Head of Financial Planning.

As Regional Manager, Peter ensures his team remains focused on providing the highest level of client service, with an emphasis on developing long-term relationships in order to fully understand clients' needs and issues. He is also responsible for ensuring his team remains at the forefront of ongoing changes in tax, super and regulatory environments.

Growing up in Newcastle, Peter is a proud Novocastrian who along with his wife Samantha, enjoys all the region has to offer including the Hunter Valley wine region, great restaurants and the many golf courses on offer.
