The first step of the registration process requires you to enter your details exactly as they appear in our records (i.e. as they appear on your most recent statement from us).  You can try again to register – see below for some helpful suggestions:

  • Check that your name is consistent (e.g. Sam or Samantha?)
  • Check that your date of birth is entered correctly – be sure to check the year.
  • If you already have a (formerly StatePlus) ClientID please register via Aware Super Client Registration (You don’t need to use the Create Account option. This is only for new clients).
