We’ve made accessing your advice documents and Aware Super accounts even easier, by merging all your information into one place.

Log in to Member Online to access anything you used to access in Client Secure Portal.

What you need to log in

Your member number

This was previously known as your “Client ID.” You can find it on any of your statements.

Your password

If you've forgotten your password, you can reset it.

What you can do once you log in

In Member Online, you can securely manage your advice documents along with your super, retirement or investment fund accounts with Aware Super. Plus:

Review and approve new transaction requests from your financial planner

Digitally sign documents from your financial planner

Open a new retirement or investment account

Make contributions or deposits
